Friendships with people with similar values, ambition and hobbies as myself have always been really important to me.

Having someone you can be truely yourself around and knowing you will be 100% supported is so special.

As I've started posting the gym aspects of my self development journey I have been lucky enough to grow my personal community and meet some of my now best friends.

Every few days someone will ask to train with me and for that I am so grateful. But I understand this connection is only possible because I have my platform.

This is why I created SHE SHOWS UP.

I can't train with everyone but there is SO MUCH opportunity for us ALL to connect and build these meaningful, motivating, supportive friendships as we show up for ourselves, our future selves and now eachother!!
