These terms and conditions (the “agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and Rebeccamarie.co.nz
This agreement contains all the terms and conditions governing the sales made on this site from the 'Shop My Closet' section. 

GARMENTS WILL BE SENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF WORKING DAYS - CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED IT URGENTLY.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of the order. 

This is because I will be posting out and organizing orders very quickly and it is too difficult to sort out packages once they have been wrapped and prepared.

Returns & Refunds

No returns are allowed on any of the 'my closet' products. 

All garments are looked over closely to check they are a good standard to be sent out. If your garment is damaged contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to tell us and show us what is wrong and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Refunds will be made on exception where necessary.

Cancellation Policy - Ready-made orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the order.

A refund will be made back to your account or store credit will be given depending on what the customer would like. 

Cancellation Policy - Custom Orders

Orders can be canceled throughout the communication period when we are communicating about sizes and styles etc.

IF production has already started on the custom good there can not be any cancellations or refunds.

A refund will be made back to your account or store credit will be given depending on what the customer would like. 

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns on the 'Made By Me' products. 

All garments are looked over closely to check they are a good standard to be sent out. If your garment is damaged contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to tell us and show us what is wrong and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Refunds will be made on exception where necessary.  

Care & Damage

The products as stated on product pages are handmade and need to be treated with care. 

If your product gets damaged when wearing and you feel that you as the customer are not at fault - contact us and we will sort something out. Obviously, garments are meant to be worn and the situation will have to be looked over with us to figure out what is fair for the scenario in question.

If we do not believe it is rebeccamarie.co.nz's fault that the garment has been damaged we will not feel the need to get involved in reimbursing the customer or providing help out of our pocket to fix the issue.
